Sydney Bartenders was formed after witnessing a lack of professional bartenders in the catering/events industry. Sydney Bartenders was founded by Tom Gibson and has quickly become a leading events management agency in Sydney. The highlight of 2010 so far has seen Sydney Bartenders provide services for the Sydney Festival 2010, Sydney Fringe Festival 2010, Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect Product Launch, & numerous VIP Corporate events and Habour cruisers.
As Founder of Sydney Bartenders & Master Mixologist Tom’s passion for cocktails has seen him scour the globe, sourcing recipes all over Europe, The Americas, Africa, Asia and India. For the last 7 years he has worked in some of the most exclusive bars and members clubs in Sydney and London. His highlights include: designing and delivering the drinks for Madonna’s 50th Birthday celebrations, servicing a host of events for Kate Moss and numerous other famous and exclusive clients.
